The cleanliness was impressive. There was a wide selection for breakfast. The staff at breakfast were excellent. The location allowed for walking everywhere. The restaurant and bar were enjoyable. All staff were professional and friendly.

Kind and helpful staff, convenient location, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, close to attractions and transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in Milan. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from all the major attractions and the best shopping areas. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a bonus. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant on site, where we had some delicious meals. we were very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location, helpful staff, competitive price, spotlessly clean. Short walk to Duomo, Montenapoleone, Rinaschente. Big rooms, old-school charm with "trousers press". Friendly breakfast staff serving delicious breakfast. Large lobby, fast elevators, quiet rooms, great shower pressure, vintage fixtures. Good value compared to nearby expensive options.
